The passport also provides safety tips and a space to record findings for hearing, dental, and vision checks.
Where to get a Child Health Passport
The passport is available for all parents of newborns in British Columbia. Parents typically receive a Child Health Passport in their birth packs, or they can be obtained through your local Community Health Centre.
