Computed Tomography (CT) is a diagnostic procedure that combines x-ray with advanced computer processing technology to create accurate detailed images of internal structures and organs.
CT, formerly known as a CAT scan, is an advanced medical imaging procedure that uses a revolving x-ray producing tube, special electronic sensors, and powerful computers, to make slice-like, cross-sectional images.
How to access

Get a referral
Have your physician complete the medical imaging requisition form and fax it to the department.

Confirm appointment
A medical imaging clerk will contact patients to book an appointment. Call 604-875-4368 to change or cancel an appointment.

Languages
English. An interpreter must accompany patients who do not speak fluent English or the exam may be cancelled.

- Monday: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
