The Immunization Clinic at Squamish Community Health Centre provides seasonal and routine vaccinations, protecting us from the effects of a number of serious vaccine-preventable infections and diseases like polio, diphtheria, measles and rubella.

If you live in the Vancouver Coastal Health region, you can book an appointment at this location, or any other VCH location. 

  • Infant/child immunization (ages 0 to 3)

    Immunizations available to children ages 0 to 3 living in the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority region. 

    All children coming for Routine Vaccines are also eligible to receive their COVID-19 immunizations. If your child only requires a COVID and/or flu vaccine only, please book at Get Vaccinated.

    Before your appointment: If your child has been immunized at a physician’s office or out of the province, we may not have the record of those immunizations. Submit your health record online or call us to report those immunizations at least 48 hours before your appointment. Without a current immunization history, we may need to use your appointment time for planning and may need to book a separate appointment for immunization due to time constraints.

  • School-aged immunizations (ages 4 to 18)

    Immunizations are available to children and youth ages 4 to 18 living in the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority region. 

    Before your appointment:  If your child has been immunized at a physician’s office or out of the province, we may not have the record of those immunizations. Submit your health record online or call us to report those immunizations at least 48 hours before your appointment. Without a current immunization history, we may need to use your appointment time for planning and may need to book a separate appointment for immunization due to time constraints.

  • Adult Tuberculosis (TB) skin test

    TB skin tests require you to return two days after the initial appointment to receive the results of your test * A $40 fee may be applied (ex. for school or work). Debit/credit accepted.

    If your TB Skin Test is for school, timing of vaccines may be impacted. Please call us at (604) 892-2293 to speak to a nurse.

Looking for an immunization appointment? Contact your primary care provider (eg, family doctor or nurse practitioner) to book an appointment as soon as possible. If you do not have a primary care provider or your provider does not offer immunizations, immunization services are available through Vancouver Coastal Health public health and in designated pharmacy locations across the region.
