  • Check eligibility

    • Adults aged 19 and over.
    • Priority given to individuals living with complex psychosocial and clinical needs, who are vulnerable and underserved, and who require a higher intensity of services to achieve and maintain functional stability. Screening for access to services will be completed by clinic staff at first visit.

Metered parking is available in the surrounding streets.

  • Burrard Skytrain Station - catch bus #002 at Burrard Skytrain Station and disembark at Nelson Street, then head east to Hornby Street.
