VCH qathet Mental Health and Substance Use has several programs and services to support adults and older adults. Our Central Intake team is here to offer information and help connect you to the service that will best meet your needs.

If you are physician or nurse practitioner looking to refer to any qathet Mental Health and Substance Use service, please complete the qathet Adult Mental Health and Substance Use Referral Form and fax it to qathet Mental Health and Substance Use Central Intake at (604) 485-3303.

How to access mental health and substance use services

Intake teams are the first people you can talk to if you need non-emergency help with mental health and/or substance use and you live or stay in the Vancouver Coastal Health area. Services are available for children, adults and older adults.
