How to access

  • Get a referral

    All patients require a referral from a health-care practitioner to be seen in this clinic. Referrals are triaged based on the urgency of symptoms in the referral note.

  • This service is located in the new Paul Myers Tower on the main floor by the 14th street building entrance in the Outpatient Care Centre at Lions Gate Hospital.
  • Parking is available in the hospital parking lot located off of 15th street.
