How to access

Get a referral
All patients require a referral from a health-care practitioner to be seen in this clinic. Referrals are triaged based on the urgency of symptoms in the referral note.
Hours of operation
- Monday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Saturday: Closed
- Sunday: Closed
The clinic is closed on weekends and statutory holidays.

- This service is located in the new Paul Myers Tower on the main floor by the 14th street building entrance in the Outpatient Care Centre at Lions Gate Hospital.
- Parking is available in the hospital parking lot located off of 15th street.
