How to access

  • Check eligibility

    • Richmond residents aged 19 and older.
  • Get a referral

    Call our Central Intake team at (604) 204-1111.  Intake services are available in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Interpretation services are available for all other language needs. 

    ACT requires a referral from a physician, Nurse Practitioner or midwife.

Outside of your team’s regular hours, please follow your team's "after-hours" protocol. If you can’t reach your team and this is an emergency, please visit your closest emergency department or call 911.

Parking information

On the day of your appointment, please register your vehicle using the Validation Kiosk located in the reception area to avoid any parking issues. Signs and instructions are provided at the entrance and within the building.
