Long-term care provides professional care and supervision to adults in a supportive and secure environment. The services are available to people with complex care needs or conditions who cannot live safely and independently at home.

How to access

If you or someone you know is interested in receiving home and community care services, call the access line contact information in your area. 

When you connect with the home and community care office, a Home Health clinician will help you determine eligibility and if appropriate, arrange to conduct a health needs assessment.

Features

Royal Arch Masonic Home is a three-storey care home with 151 subsidized beds and has been in operation since 1982. The Royal Arch Masonic Home (“RAMH”) is operated by  the Royal Arch Masonic Homes Society (a non-profit organization) under the guidelines of the Ministry of Health’s Continuing Care Program for eligible citizens of British Columbia who meet the “complex care” criteria.
