Sentirse preocupado o nervioso es algo normal en la vida cotidiana. Todo el mundo siente ansiedad de vez en cuando. La ansiedad leve o moderada puede ayudarle a enfocar su atención, energía y motivación. Si la ansiedad es grave, puede tener sentimientos de impotencia, confusión y preocupación extrema que no guardan proporción con la gravedad real o la probabilidad del acontecimiento temido.
