How to access

  • Check eligibility

    The nursing team provides services for children aged 0 to 19 years.

  • Get a referral

    A referral from a physician or nurse practitioner is required. 

    To make a referral, email/fax the NSS referral form to the contact information listed on the form.

  • Tuesday:   8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday:   8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Thursday:   8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Friday:   8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Saturday:   Closed
  • Sunday:   Closed

The clinic is closed on weekends and statutory holidays. Hours may vary for specific services or programs, please refer to the specific service or program to confirm hours.

Parking and transportation

Access to the parkade is only available when driving East on Granville Avenue.  

Paid visitor parking is available on the 1st two levels of the parkade. The pay machine is on the 1st level.
